Service terms

A clear agreement, without inflated promises.

These terms explain the Arcloq Signal service, payment, delivery, monthly renewal and the responsibilities on both sides.

Effective 26 August 2026 · United States-facing service · UK operator
01

Who provides the service

The service is provided by AM trading as Arcloq Signal, at 171869, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, United Kingdom. Contact: arun@arcloq.co.uk.

02

Who may order

You must be at least 18 and authorized to request a review for the submitted business and public website. The service is intended for business use. You must provide accurate contact and website information and must not submit private, unlawful or third-party systems without authority.

03

The services

The $119 Transformation Plan is a point-in-time review of approved public information with evidence-linked priorities and practical implementation guidance. The optional $39/month Continuous Advisor provides scheduled public re-reviews, comparisons and updated priorities after the initial review. Monthly support is not required: a customer may purchase only the one-time review. The exact checkout description forms part of the order.

04

What the review is—and is not

The review is strategic guidance based on public evidence available at the time. It is not legal, accounting, tax, cybersecurity certification, accessibility certification or a guaranteed search-ranking service. Arcloq Signal does not promise customers, traffic, revenue, rankings or inclusion in an AI answer.

05

Ordering and acceptance

A checkout invitation is not an unconditional promise to accept work. An agreement begins when payment is authorized and Arcloq Signal confirms the order or begins the requested review. An order may be declined and refunded where the website cannot be reviewed safely, authority is unclear, the request is unlawful or required information is missing.

06

Payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Stripe processes payment information. You authorize the one-time or recurring amount shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and issuer, conversion or cross-border fees may apply. Arcloq Signal does not store full payment-card details.

07

Delivery

Reports are delivered electronically to the confirmed business email or by a private link. Any delivery estimate is a good-faith target unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Inaccessible, unusually large or technically complex websites may require more time or a revised scope.

08

Monthly renewal and cancellation

The Continuous Advisor renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing method provided or by contacting support. Unless law or the order says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. A price change requires advance notice before a future renewal.

09

Refunds and billing corrections

Duplicate charges and clear billing errors will be corrected. If Arcloq Signal cannot begin or deliver an accepted review, the proposed remedy is a full refund. Once substantive work has begun, a one-time review is not automatically refundable merely because recommendations are not adopted or do not produce a preferred commercial result. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

10

Your responsibilities

  • Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information.
  • Review recommendations before implementing them.
  • Keep report links and billing access secure.
  • Do not use the service to probe private networks, bypass access controls, impersonate another business or collect prohibited information.
  • Obtain appropriate professional advice for regulated or high-risk decisions.
11

Ownership and permitted use

You retain rights in information you provide. Arcloq Signal retains its methods, templates, software and general know-how. After payment, you may use the delivered report internally for the reviewed business and share it with advisers or contractors implementing the recommendations. You may not resell, scrape or systematically reproduce the service.

12

Confidentiality and public information

The review is designed around public information, not confidential systems. Support messages and non-public order information are handled with reasonable care and used only to operate the service, protect rights and meet legal duties.

13

Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider failures, security events or public-site access restrictions may delay work. Material adverse changes to an active monthly service will be communicated with a fair opportunity to cancel.

14

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, Arcloq Signal is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or outcomes caused by customer implementation decisions, third-party platforms or changes outside its control. Any contractual cap must be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15

Ending service

Either side may end an ongoing service in accordance with the cancellation terms. Arcloq Signal may suspend or end access for non-payment, abuse, unlawful use or a material breach, using proportionate notice where practical. Provisions that naturally continue—such as payment, ownership, confidentiality and liability—remain in effect.

16

Law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a customer in another location. Please contact arun@arcloq.co.uk first so a concern can be investigated and resolved promptly. Nothing prevents either party from using a court or remedy available under applicable law.
