What this service does
Arcloq Signal reviews public business websites and other approved public business information. It produces an evidence-linked strategy report and, for monthly customers, compares later public reviews. It does not require passwords, private analytics, customer lists or access to internal business systems.
Information we use
- Business name, website, industry and general public location.
- The business email supplied in a request, reply or public company contact page.
- Public website observations such as page addresses, titles, headings, visible calls to action, accessibility signals and response status.
- Order, payment status, plan and Stripe customer or subscription reference—not full card details.
- Service emails, support messages, preferences, delivery status and unsubscribe records.
- Basic security records needed to prevent abuse and investigate failures.
Where information comes from
Information comes directly from you, from the website submitted for review, from a business’s own public website, from carefully approved public business sources, and from providers such as Stripe when they confirm an order. Public availability does not remove our responsibility to use information proportionately.

- To administer payments, subscriptions, cancellations and support.
- To send limited business-to-business outreach where permitted, with a clear opt-out.
- To protect the service, keep audit records, prevent duplicate actions and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Automated analysis and accountable review
Software performs bounded checks and drafts recommendations. Unsupported claims are rejected, paid reports require unanimous internal sign-off, and sensitive or unusual cases are held for human review. The system cannot change its own code, prices or safety rules. It does not make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance or another similarly significant matter.
Who receives information
Information is shared only as needed with hosting, security, email and payment providers, professional advisers, or authorities where legally required. Stripe hosts checkout and handles card information under its own privacy terms. Providers are expected to receive only the information needed for their role.
International use
The operator is in the United Kingdom and the initial service is offered to US businesses. Information may therefore be processed across borders. Appropriate contractual, access and security safeguards should be used where required.
How long information is kept
Prospect and suppression records are kept only as long as needed to operate lawful outreach and honor opt-outs. Customer, payment and contract records may be retained for tax, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. Reports and supporting evidence are retained only for service delivery, monitoring and defensible quality records, then deleted or anonymized under the applicable retention schedule.
Security
Controls include limited access, encrypted transport, secret separation, signed payment notifications, bounded scanning, request limits, private report links, audit records and safe handling of untrusted email content. No internet service can promise perfect security. Suspected incidents are contained, investigated and notified where the law requires.
Your choices and US privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information, object to certain use, withdraw consent where consent applies, or opt out of marketing. Depending on your US state, additional rights may apply, including appeal and authorized-agent rights. Arcloq Signal does not discriminate for exercising a privacy right. Identity and authority may need to be verified before completing a request.
Marketing and opting out
Every commercial email identifies the sender and provides an opt-out. You can reply with “unsubscribe” or email arun@arcloq.co.uk. Suppression information is retained so the request remains effective. Service messages about an existing order may still be sent when necessary.
Cookies, children and changes
The public information site is not intended to use advertising cookies or to knowingly collect information from children under 13. Material changes to this notice will be dated and presented clearly. A change will not be used to justify an incompatible new use of information already collected.
